About Us

Idaho Sporting Goods, Idaho’s premier team sports dealer, has been family owned since 1954. Hugh Brady owned and managed Idaho Sporting Goods with the help of his sons and daughter until he passed away in 2003.  While raising a successful business, Hugh and his wife Cherie also raised eleven children.

Family has always been an integral part of Idaho Sporting Goods.  While many of Hugh and Cherie’s kids contributed to the business through the years, each and every employee make Idaho Sporting Goods a true family business.  We are proud that nearly half of our 28 employees have been with us for over 15 years, and another handful for 10 or more years.

Located in Boise, Idaho, ISG expanded its operation in 1989 by opening a store in Pocatello.  We specialize in quality athletic equipment and uniforms, branded apparel, athletic and corporate awards, promotional products, and more.  We are proud to work with schools, athletic teams, leagues, companies of all size, and the individual athlete.  

The Divisions of Idaho Sporting Goods

Team Sales- Our team sales guys provide unique uniforms and equipment to schools, recreation leagues, little leagues, travel teams, and more.  Our outside sales guys call on individual accounts, and our inside sales guys are ready to help any walk in customers for any  team needs.  Our 5 outside sales guys bring 97 years experience working team sales for ISG.  Our 2 inside sales guys bring 26 years to the table working for ISG.

Corporate Sales- Our corporate sales offer corporate identity programs for any type of company.   Hats, shirts, sweatshirts, outerwear, bags, and more, if it needs a logo we can do it. Our two corporate guys bring over 25 years experience to better assist you.

Retail Sales- Our retail sales force assists individual walk in customers for most team sports needs.  While our retail store is designed for athletes, you can also find many of the same products we provide to colleges, and high schools at discounted pricing.

Trophy, Awards, & Promotional Products Sales- If you can imagine the product, our trophy, awards, and promotional division can get it for you.  Perhaps for company recognition, or your sports team recognition, let the creativity begin here.  Our laser engraver can engrave or etch hundreds of products with your logo or slogan.  Come visit our showroom, or browse the website for a multitude of product ideas for you.

Embroidery, Screen Print, & Graphic Design- Our production force is where it happens.  Our graphic artist and digitizing team drive the unique and creative finished product for all branded uniforms and corporate apparel.  Our screen print and embroidery production force provide the finished product with the quality and look you want.

Hugh Brady began Idaho Sporting Goods based on providing quality products at a fair price, and with the best service possible.  He loved the business, developed many personal relationships over the years, and had a lot of fun along the way.
